Clinical Exercise
We believe in a holistic approach to healthcare, book in with our friendly team today.
Clinical Exercise sessions are supervised exercise sessions designed to support individuals managing musculoskeletal conditions, recovering from injury, or progressing towards movement and physical activity goals.
Sessions are run by an osteopath and focus on individualised exercise programming based on your current capacity, injury history, and goals. Exercises may include strength training, mobility work, movement retraining, and progressive loading strategies.
Clinical exercise can be used as part of a broader management plan following treatment, or as a structured way to continue building strength and movement capacity over time.
Session Structure
Sessions are delivered in a 1:1 or small-group format (maximum 2 participants) to allow for individual guidance and exercise progression.
Each session may include:
- Guided warm-up and movement preparation
- Individualised strength or rehabilitation exercises
- Technique coaching and movement education
- Progressive exercise programming
Who These Sessions May Be Suitable For
Clinical exercise sessions may be appropriate for individuals who:
- Are recovering from a musculoskeletal injury
- Have completed initial hands-on treatment and are progressing to rehabilitation
- Want guided exercise to support return to sport or physical activity
- Would benefit from supervised strength and movement training
Referral Pathways
These sessions may be accessed through several pathways:
