Dry Needling

We believe in a holistic approach to healthcare, book in with our friendly team today.

Dry needling involves placing fine needles into tense muscles or trigger points. The tissues respond by reflexively relaxing which can be useful for chronically tight of overworked muscles, tendons, and ligaments.

Dry needling can also improve the symptoms of headaches and migraines, jaw and sinus pain, and speed up healing and recovery from sporting injuries.

In conjunction with other techniques, dry needling is offered by our osteopaths and myotherapists during a regular consultation.
