Jess graduated from RMIT University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy). She has completed additional training in dry needling and myofascial cupping therapy as part of her ongoing professional development. Jess is passionate about helping athletes recover from sports injuries and supporting the general public in managing everyday aches and pains.
In 2022, she completed an internship program where she gained hands-on experience with pregnancy, postpartum, and pediatric patients—areas of particular interest to her. She further expanded her expertise by completing the comprehensive Bump into Osteopathy course, focused on the osteopathic approach to pregnancy care.
A dedicated runner, Jess is currently training to complete a marathon in under three hours. She also enjoys cross-country running, going to the gym, and playing netball in her spare time. Outside of work and sport, Jess loves spending time outdoors with her two golden retrievers, Henry and Millie. She enjoys surfing, being in nature, and connecting with animals.
Jess understands how challenging pain and discomfort can be, and she is committed to helping her patients through a combination of hands-on treatment, lifestyle guidance, exercise management, and education. Known for her warm and approachable nature, she builds strong connections with her patients and is dedicated to delivering high-quality care through continuous learning and a collaborative, patient-focused approach.
